IVAS offer a series of International Residential Programmes (IRPs) based in our partner institutions for the Summer and Winter for 2 - 12 weeks, individually or in small groups.

Our IRPs intend to offer international educational and training experiences that combine academic engagement with cultural activities for intellectual stimulation, skills development and personal growth.

The foundation of our IPRs is constructed in the following:

Academic engagement

Engaging talks and presentations led by experts in diverse fields, encouraging participants to explore new areas of interest and deepen their understanding of existing interests.

Cultural Immersion

Excursions to local and national historical sites, museums and cultural events, providing participants with first-hand experience into the host destination's heritage.

Creative Expressions

Workshops in arts, design, music, literature and performances, enabling participants to unlock their creativity and expressions.

Sports and Wellbeing

Opportunities for sporting activities and relaxation sessions such as rock climbing, basketball, yoga etc., promoting physical fitness and well-being during the programme.

Participants should demonstrate a genuine interest in learning, cultural exploration, and personal development. While each programme's requirements may vary, a passion for education and a spirit of adventure are common traits that we encourage in all participants.

Age: varied subject to the programme.
Language Proficiency: A communication command of the Language of the host country is ideal and it is essential for certain programmes.
Academic Background: While some programmes are open to all backgrounds, others may have specific prerequisites, which will be detailed in the programme descriptions.
Health and Fitness: Participants should have a reasonable level of physical fitness to fully engage in outdoor activities.
Travel Documents: Valid passports and any required visas or travel permits are necessary for international participants.
