You will showcase the people and the ideas driving the Createch platform, as well as highlight the expertise that makes our intercultural projects successful.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in planning, shooting, and editing video content for a wide range of platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional events.
2. Work on video production in different settings, such as indoor studio environments, on-location shoots and live event coverage.
3. Source, operate and set up video, lighting, and audio equipment for shoots.
4. Edit and produce polished final video products using industry-standard software.
5. Organize and manage video assets, including cataloguing and archiving.
6. Support the Founder and Co-founder in brainstorming and developing innovative video ideas.
7. Capture behind-the-scenes content to highlight the video production process.
8. Ensure all video content aligns with the brand's aesthetic and quality standards.
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in filmmaking, videography, media production, or a related field.
2. Knowledge of video editing software.
3. Familiarity with camera operation, lighting techniques and audio setup.
4. A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling.
5. Ability to adapt to different filming environments and manage time effectively.
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
7. A portfolio or sample of previous video projects is a plus.
